1. How do you earn points?

Your 1,000-point welcome bonus can be used once you've spent $50 or more.

2. VIP customer rewards

As a thank you to our loyal customers, we're giving a one-off bonus based on how much you've spent with SOLI STUDIO so far.

3. How do you redeem your points?

1. Log in, then click the yellow rewards button in the bottom corner of the screen to open the rewards panel.

2. Head to "Ways to redeem" and pick the reward you'd like.

3. Once your discount code is generated, hit "Apply code" to add it automatically, or copy the code and paste it at checkout.

4. A few things to keep in mind

• Newsletter 10% off codes and rewards discount codes can't be combined. You can only enter one discount code at checkout, so pick whichever offer works out better for you.

• Any discount code you redeem stays in your account until you use it — no rush, use it whenever suits (unless an expiry date applies, in which case we'll let you know).

FAQs

I opened the rewards panel but can't see any points — what's going on? You're probably browsing as a guest. Points only show up once you're a member — click "Join now" in the panel and pop in your email address. Your welcome points will land straight away and you'll see your balance from then on.

Can I use my rewards on any product? Yep — unless we say otherwise, you can use your points on anything site-wide.

When do my points land in my account? Straight away — the moment you sign up, and the moment your order is placed.

I've lost my discount code — help! No worries, just log in and check "Your rewards" in the rewards panel — it'll be there.
