Shipping

All Soli Studio Orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia. We offer your parcels shipping with Australia’s first carbon neutral delivery service, Sendle. Areas where Sendle is not available, parcels are shipped via Australia Post. *Please only supply a physical shipping address as we cannot ship to a PO Box.

 

Australia

Standard flat rate AUD $6.80 : 2 - 4 business days
Express flat rate AUD $12.30 : 1 - 3 business days - Via Sendle/Australia Post.

We provide Complimentary Standard Shipping on Australia Orders over AUD $89. Select 'Free Over $89 - Standard' option for shipping on the checkout page.

 

New Zealand

Standard flat rate AUD $12.50 : 5 - 12 days working days

We provide Complimentary Standard Shipping on NZ Orders over AUD $109. Select 'Free Over $109(NZ) - Standard/NZ' option for shipping on the checkout page.

 

International

Standard flat rate AUD $20 : 7 - 21 days business days

We provide Complimentary Standard Shipping on International Orders over AUD $149. Select 'Free Over $149(INT) - Standard/International' option for shipping on the checkout page.

Taxes and duties

All international buyers are responsible for import duties and taxes, these are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. In the case the client refuses the order or to pay the duties/taxes, shipping and extra costs will be deducted from the refund. We are not responsible for customs delays and transit times provided by courier are not necessarily guaranteed. However, we work closely with our partner courier companies to minimise as much delay as possible. Return & Exchanges

Due to hygiene restrictions, all jewellery products of Soli Studio are non-returnable, including for change of mind under Australia Consumer Law.


At SOLI STUDIO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your package. We will provide a full refund using the same payment method you used, but please be aware that for returns in Australia, a return cost of AUD$5 will be deducted from your original payment. International returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

To ensure a smooth return process, we kindly request that all items are returned in their original condition with tags attached, and that they are clean and unworn. If the returned item is not in its original condition and has been damaged, the return may be refused. 

Please note:

•  Jewellery and accessory products (hats, socks, underwear) that come in close contact with the body cannot be exchanged or refunded for hygiene reasons.
•  All sale products are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product is faulty.
•  We will cover the cost of return/exchange, including the packaging, for damaged or faulty items, as well as for size exchanges.

Please note that each returned order will incur a return cost of AUD$5 in Australia, which will be deducted from your refund. International returns are at the buyer's own expense.

Once you submit your return request, you'll receive a Return Request Confirmation email from us. This email will contain a pre-paid return label for Australia (AU) and instructions for returning your item for AU/international. 

When packaging your return, please ensure that it is securely packaged, ideally in its original packaging. Finally, send your package and make sure to keep proof of return such as a collection receipt or drop-off slip. 


When will I receive my refund?

You can expect your refund to be processed within 7 days of us receiving your parcel. Your refund will be issued using the same method you used to pay, and we will send a Return Confirmation email when we have received your return and are processing your refund payment. Refunds will appear in your bank account or PayPal account within 3-5 working days after processing your order.
