All Soli Studio Orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia. We offer your parcels shipping with Australia’s first carbon neutral delivery service, Sendle. Areas where Sendle is not available, parcels are shipped via Australia Post. *Please only supply a physical shipping address as we cannot ship to a PO Box.

Express flat rate AUD $14.00 : 1 - 3 business days - Via Sendle/Australia Post.
We provide Complimentary Standard Shipping on Australia Orders over AUD $89. Select 'Free Over $89 - Standard' option for shipping on the checkout page.

Taxes and duties
All international buyers are responsible for import duties and taxes, these are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. In the case the client refuses the order or to pay the duties/taxes, shipping and extra costs will be deducted from the refund. We are not responsible for customs delays and transit times provided by courier are not necessarily guaranteed. However, we work closely with our partner courier companies to minimise as much delay as possible. Return and Exchange Policy
At SOLI STUDIO, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your package.
Important Notes:
- Due to hygiene restrictions, all jewelry products are non-returnable, including for change of mind, under Australian Consumer Law.
- Accessories (e.g., hats, socks, underwear) and sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.
- For faulty or damaged items, or exchanges for size, SOLI STUDIO will cover all shipping costs, including return packaging.
Return Costs
- Australia: Returns incur a fee of AUD $6.50, deducted from your refund.
- International: Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be in their original condition with tags attached.
- Be clean and unworn.
- Not show signs of damage or use, as such returns may be refused.
How to Return or Exchange
- Submit a Request: Fill out the exchange/refund form.
- Pre-Paid Label: For eligible returns, SOLI STUDIO will email you a pre-paid return label (Australia only).
- Print the label, attach it to your package, and either drop it off at a designated drop point or request a pickup.
- Note: SOLI STUDIO is not responsible for lost packages during the return process.
- Secure Packaging: Ensure items are securely packaged, ideally in their original packaging.
- Proof of Return: Retain proof of return, such as a collection receipt or drop-off slip.
For Faulty or Incorrect Items
- SOLI STUDIO will cover all shipping costs, including return and exchange.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For returns in Australia, AUD $6.50 will be deducted from the refund.
When will I receive my refund?
You can expect your refund to be processed within 7 days of us receiving your parcel. Your refund will be issued using the same method you used to pay, and we will send a Return Confirmation email when we have received your return and are processing your refund payment. Refunds will appear in your bank account or PayPal account within 3-5 working days after processing your order.
