RETURN POLICY

Return & Exchange

Due to hygiene restrictions, all jewellery products of Soli Studio are non-returnable, including change of mind under Australia Consumer Law.

However, if your piece is faulty or your order is damaged in transit, please contact us info@soli-studio.com within 24 hours upon arrival, so that we can reach a resolution for you.

Exchanges and refunds will be honoured under the condition they are arranged within 7 days of receiving the package.

All items must be in their original condition and unworn. Also all the labels must remain attached. Any returns received which do not meet our return policy requirements may be refused. We return/exchange your packaging at our cost in case of faulty/damage.


Refunds

Refunds will be automatically issued, using the same method of payment that you used for the original purchase. Refunds will appear in your bank account within 3 – 5 working days after processing your order.
